Again, look at our web page -- there is a detailed list of what we consider a reasonable and proper TOS violation report and request for investigation. Those issues which are reported using these guidelines are investigated. If the report includes threats, it is discarded. Period. If you deal with us in a *rational* manner, you will get a fair evaluation and appropriate response. We take TOS issues very seriously and can and do suspend or revoke accounts for violations.
