Automove 6th pass OnClick error: File not Found ?

Hi,

Excited to use mp3boss as a database for the mp3's that I have but I am anxious to also use the AutoMove feature. However, whenever I attempt to automove more than one file I get, "The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: File not found."

Have tired just moving, not renaming, still same error. Any suggestions? Thank you! Running Vista with mp3s spread across one drive.

Re: Automove 6th pass OnClick error: File not Found ?

Please send me your mp3boss.log file.  The mp3boss.log file is in the same directory as the main program (mpeg.mde) and data (data.mdb).

You can send the file to:
mccaffjt @ newsguy. com
(remove the spaces)

Is it possible that you manually moved files around using Explorer after you used MP3-Boss to scan the drive?

Thanks,
John

Re: Automove 6th pass OnClick error: File not Found ?

Thank you for your response. Log sent. I performed the automove after the initial scan so I don't think I had time to move any files in explorer. I am, however, also encountering the runaway scan error where if I don't intervene the scan will continue to process files into infinity. Thank you again,

Derrick

Re: Automove 6th pass OnClick error: File not Found ?

Thanks for the file.

It looks like there might be a problem with some of your files (or filenaming) -- I sent you an email asking for additional information about one directory).

Thanks,
John

Re: Automove 6th pass OnClick error: File not Found ?

It looks like this was due to having Hebrew characters in the filenames.

Anyone else seeing this problem?  MP3-Boss should be OK with unicode filenames, so I'm not sure what was happening here...
