Should the song length be stored to 0.1seconds instead of 1 second?

Should the song length be stored to 0.1 seconds instead of to 1 second increments?  Now that I've added WAV support in v0.584 -- I'm finding a LOT of songs that are "exactly" 1 second long.

Whole seconds should be just fine.  I wonder what someone would do with tenths?

Re: Should the song length be stored to 0.1seconds instead of 1 second?

Until I added WAV support, I completely agreed that whole seconds should be fine...but a lot of WAV files are only a few tenths of a second long "BEEP!".  If you had 1000 of these...right now the difference in playtime could be 16:40 (1000 seconds) vs. 01:40 (100 seconds)!

On the other hand...you are completely right...do we really need to worry about those tenths of a second (remember too that tenths of a second mean that now you'd see things like 03:24.1 for lengths).
