The software helps track material inventory, dry weight loads and machine replenishment so drycleaners can evaluate overall machine and plant efficiency. It also helps owners manage all of the records for EPA and OSHA inspections and assists in compliance with regulations of those agencies.
The software allows drycleaners to track MSDS and Personal Protective Equipment information and can also be used to create an OSHA Employee Training Program and to document each employee's training record. It will also generate the OSHA Form 200 for employee injuries along with shop-specific Hazardous Material Communications labels with warnings which can be printed on standard self-adhesive labels.
EPA compliance support includes tracking hazardous material purchases, use, inventory and storage. Drycleaners can track machine inspections and repairs, both general and component inspection logs and temperature and concentration logs. The software can also track hazardous waste from the time it is created t to its final destination.
EnvioClean also supports day-to-day business operations by tracking material inventory, recording what is received and used. It can track machine efficiency by charting dry weight load and replenishment, information that lets drycleaners identify potential machine problems before costly repairs are necessary and to project work flow and keep inventory at adequate levels.
The software runs on any Windows-based computer and includes a comprehensive user's manual and on-line help for each screen. E-mail and Internet are also available.

PANAMA CITY, FL -- IPSO IPH washer extractors now feature SmartSpin technology that detects unbalanced loads and automatically adjusts the spin rpm accordingly to eliminate downtime for redistributing the load.
Washers in the new IPH product line, manufactured at IPSO's Panama City plant, are ideal for shirt laundering and institutional laundries.
The washer-extractors are available in capacities of 40, 60, 80, 100 and 140 pounds.
With balanced loads, IPSO IPH washer-extractors reach G-forces of up to 300Gs so that many items can go directly to the finishing station without additional time in a dryer.
The 300 G-force spin is unique for front-load, solid-mount machines and is usually found only on more costly free-standing machines. The higher G-force is made possible by the SmartSpin technology for which a patent is pending.
An advanced AV inverter drive prevents an in-rush of currents and lets the machine be programmed for any desired wash and extraction speeds.

PATTERSON, NJ -- Hoffman's Millennium 2020 drycleaning machine is designed for the new isoparaffinic hydrocarbon solvents.
Designed and built in Germany, the system allows for processing under a partial vacuum, which reduces surface tension of the solvent and aids its penetration of the fibers. Lower drying temperatures under vacuum mean that air temperature never exceeds 155 degrees F with a cool down temperature of around 75 degrees F.
The entire drum housing, drive mechanism, recovery head and base tank of the 2020 is mounted on four heavy-duty suspension springs within the main chassis of the machine. Coupled with a low center of gravity, this means that vibration is reduced and no special fittings are needed to hold down the machine. In extraction, the 2020 generates up to 421 Gs. A variable speed control allows for selection of the best speed for the fabric. An inverter controlled frequency drive ensures gradual acceleration and deceleration. The instantaneous reverse without a dwell time maximizes mechanical action.
The circular recovery section and high velocity fan are different from traditional perchloroethylene machines and are designed specifically for processing under vacuum. The round design allow for unrestricted air flow which makes for shorter drying times.
Solvent is pumped over the filter while the machine is running to continually condition it
Using the pre-coat method, the powder is placed in the drum at the beginning of the day can last for about 20 loads. The rotating ecomesh filter is maintained by dumping the contents to a nylon bag in a special hopper which is drained before disposal.
The sloping profile of the base tank ensures that accumulated water is always drained off first to the filter and the powder's high absorbency ensures that there is no build-up of water-borne bacteria.
Both washing and drying cycles are completed under vacuum and the machine will not operate until the required vacuum is achieved. Pressure within the machine is monitored by two independent pressure switches. Fail-safe cut-outs force a machine shut down in the Event of any system failure.
A basic panel provides push-button selection for most cleaning classifications; wash times can be extended by up to 22 minutes for special loads.
The 2020 is available in load capacities of 35, 50 and 70 pounds. The "landscape" format makes for a smaller footprint than equivalent capacity perc machines..
