ST. PAUL, MN -- The Textile Care division of Ecolab has introduced a new line of low-temperature liquids for shirt laundries under the Exec 120 degrees brand. The line includes an enzyme detergent, brightness booster, water conditioner, buffered sour, and finishing starch. High-capacity peristaltic pumps inject products to each wash.
Ecolab said the low temperature formula gives clean cuffs and collars with less pre-scrubbing while also providing energy savings since washing is done at 120 degrees F. The Exec 120 degrees injector system has automatic scaling of product amounts for different washer capacities to prevent waste or misuse.
A microprocessor-based control tracks production. A card reader aids in program set-up and minimizes employee training. The card-swipe programming provides eight different wash formulas.
A "probe and key" attaches to a special dip tube to eliminate messy drips when switching containers and prevent incompatible products from accidentally mixing.

CHARLOTTE, NC -- B&G Lieberman is the new national distributor for EzProducts line of labeling, heat sealing and mending products.
The EzLabelAll prints TrackIt clothing labels made of a thin thermal plastic film. TrackIt labels can be heat sealed onto shirts and delicate fabrics. With a ExPress or a PopUpPress, the TrackIt labels can be applied in six seconds to any garments, making a permanent label for the launderer or drycleaning with a reliable garment tracking system.
TrackIt labels take the same time to print and supply as traditional tags, however, once all clothing is labeled for repeat customers, the marking process will be cut by at least 70 percent.
The thin TrackIt labels provide the customer name and phone number in place of a paper tag attached with a pin or staple. Lost or misplaced clothing is reduced since the labels won't fall off during the cleaning process.
EzProducts has been manufacturing labeling systems for the health care industry for more than nine years.
