Hargrave scheduled to speak at PDCA Expo
2002 show
Body language expert Jan Hargrave has been
scheduled to speak at the Pennsylvania and Delaware Cleaners
Association Expo 2002 trade show, planned for Sept. 21-22 at
the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, NJ.
Her discussion will focus on how to read
another person’s body language in order to determine what
they are thinking, in addition to what they are telling you.
Armed with such knowledge, a person can determine if an
employee, customer or salesperson is being completely honest
with them. She will also show attendees how body language can
be used to give a person advantage during a conversation.
Hargrave is an international consultant
who has appeared on television shows hosted by Montel Williams,
Maury Povich, Ricki Lake and others. She has also been featured
on the Learning Channel and E-Entertainment Television and has
contributed articles to the New York Post, Cosmopolitan and
Seventeen.
Some of her past speaking engagements have
included audiences at NASA’s Johnson Space Center, Chase
Manhattan Bank, American Express, and other nationally-known
companies. Most recently, she was a featured speaker earlier in
the year at the Southwest Drycleaners Big Show 2002 last April.
