Exhibit sales begin for Clean Show
Exhibit space sales have started for Clean
’03, scheduled for August 11-14, 2003, at the Las Vegas
Convention Center.
An exhibitor prospectus was sent July 19
to more than 500 companies that participated in Clean ’01
in New Orleans.
By the end of July, 86,400 square feet of
space were contracted. A recent survey of Clean ’01
exhibitors indicates that 95 percent plan to return for Clean
’03.
Clean ’01 attracted 16,546 people
from 80 countries, and had 270,757 net square feet of exhibit
space.
Previous exhibitors and others who have
expressed interest should receive a Prospectus by the end of
August.
Prospective exhibitors are encouraged to
sign up early to secure a space of their choice. Booth
assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Initial attendee information will go out
early in 2003. Reservations for Clean ’03 official hotels
will open in the fall.
Companies interested in exhibiting at
Clean ’03, or people who would like to be on the attendee
mailing list, should visit the Clean Show web site www.cleanshow.com, or contact show management, Riddle &
Associates by phone (404) 876-1988, fax (404) 876-5121, or
e-mail info@cleanshow.com.
The Clean Show is sponsored by six
national associations: Coin Laundry Association, International
Fabricare Institute, National Association of Institutional
Linen Management, Textile Care Allied Trades Association,
Textile Rental Services Association of America, and Uniform
& Textile Service Association.
Expo Detergo boasts strong exhibitor
interest
Expo Detergo, the Milan, Italy, trade show
slated for Nov. 8-11, has already exceeded the size of the last
exhibition held there four years ago.
Organizers said that by mid-July, 220
exhibitors had reserved 161,468 square feet of exhibit space.
Thirty percent of those exhibitors are
from outside Italy, thus assuring an international flavor for
the show, according to the organizers. In addition to visitors
from Europe and North America, Expo expects representation from
a number of promising growth markets, including, northern
Africa, the Middle East and South America.
The exhibit will encompass a wide range of
products with many of the major ironing, drycleaning
machinery, natural textiles, and chemical products industries
represented, including specialized sectors such as leather
treatment.
