Hotel line-up set for Clean Show
Early bird planners can make their hotel
reservations now for next year’s Clean Show which will be held in Orlando, FL, June
23-26.
Special rates are contracted at nine
hotels for Clean ’05; reservations are available through
the Clean ’05 Housing Bureau after Oct. 1.
Hotels to meet every taste and budget are
included in the package, with prices ranging from $65 to $165 a
night.
All official hotels are within a mile and
a half of Orange County Convention Center. Most are located on,
or just off, International Drive, convenient to restaurants and
shopping.
Complimentary shuttle buses will transport
attendees between official hotels and the convention center
mornings and afternoons. In addition, the I-Drive trolley
operates throughout the day.
Each of Clean ’05's six sponsoring
associations has selected a headquarters hotel.
The
International Fabricare Institute (IFI) will
headquarter at the Renaissance Orlando Resort at SeaWorld.
Textile
Care Allied Trades Association (TCATA) will headquarter at The Peabody.
The
Coin Laundry Association (CLA) will convene at the Rosen Plaza
Hotel.
The Textile Rental Services Association of America (TRSA) and Uniform
& Textile Service Association (UTSA) will both be at
the Rosen Centre Hotel.
In addition to those hotels, five others
complete Clean ’05's official hotel package. They are
Best Western Plaza International, The Doubletree Castle Hotel,
Embassy Suites Hotel International Drive/Convention Center,
Quality Inn Plaza, and Radisson Barcelo Hotel.
Detailed information about each hotel is
available on the Clean ’05 web site, www.cleanshow.com.
To receive the Clean ’05 discounted
rates, reservations must be made through the Housing Bureau on
the web site, by phone at (866) 553-7437 or (407) 541-4264, by
fax at (407) 370-5015, or by mail to Orlando CVB/Clean
’05 Housing Bureau, 5700 Forum Dr., Suite 100, Orlando,
FL 32821.
When making a reservation, identify the
hotel and sponsor block in which you wish to be included.
The deadline for reservations is May 23,
but making reservations early offers the best opportunity to be
confirmed at an attendee’s preferred hotel. A one-night
deposit per room is required to confirm a reservation.
The Housing Bureau accepts checks or money
orders drawn in US funds on a US bank and most major credit
cards. Information about suites is available through the
Housing Bureau.
Air fare and car rental specials will be
announced later.
Officially named the World Educational
Congress for Laundering and Drycleaning, the Clean Show is the
world’s premier showcase for equipment, products,
supplies and services for the textile care industry.
The show covers all segments of the
industry from small coin laundry operations to giant industrial
laundries. It also offers training seminars on business
management, technology and environmental issues.
